I've been in the fence for a while! I've sporadically watched Linus for a couple times. Wanted to say hi in the forum by opening with getting to know better the community. Who in here is the "tech support" or the person who everyone calls to? In my case I've been the one who solved the issues, from printers, to installation problems. So, who in here gets to be the family's, friends, co-workers (or maybe actual customers) tech support?
