  1. That video format is invalid bro. So send it in other formats.
  2. It runs Windows 10 Perfectly without any issues. It performs better than the cheapest budget laptops. My uncle works for Lenovo. He was like "Core 2 duo's can run windows XP. But Newer ones will struggle" But i needed more opinions.
  3. I already used a VM. So i wanted to do something crazy.
  4. Hey everyone I have a old laptop from 2009 which my uncle used and it was running Windows XP at that time. In 2017, I got that laptop from my uncle just to have fun with it. It was running WINDOWS 10. So i was wondering that can i install Windows XP again?. This experiment may sound funny. My first pc had Windows XP. My second one had Windows 7. And now all the PC'S i have runs Windows 10. Can i install Windows XP on these PC's ?? Lenovo thinkpad Sl400 Intel Core 2 duo T6670 4GB Ram 300gb WD hard drive Integrated Graphics Windows 10(was running Windows XP) Acer aspire AX3810(i don't remember the model number properly so it may be wrong) It was sitting on our store room since 6 years after the GPU died Core 2 duo(i don't know the model no but it was 32 bit or X86) 2GB ram 500gb hard disk Geforce 7800(maybe) Next of these are newer hardware Lenovo ideapad 310 Intel Core I5 7200u 8GB ram Sandisk 1tb SSD Geforce 920m Custom built AMD pc AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Msi B450 tomahawk 16GB ram GTX 1070 250GB Samsung 960 evo 2TB Seagate barracuda Custom built Intel pc(Uncle's pc) Intel core I5 8600k Asus strix Z370-E 16GB ram GT 1030? 250GB Samsung 960 evo 2X2TB Seagate barracuda Can these machines run WINDOWS XP Edit: My first Pentium 4 machine died a year ago. It had windows XP. Then i installed windows 10. It ran fine until the board died. That machine is disassembled and kept in my store room.
  5. It's not the emulator. I tried PUBG lite and Minecraft and still the same issue. Emulators do work good if not perfect on other systems except that pc. Idk is it page swapping or driver issue or other.
  6. But other systems do not suffer this issue except one. And they play Pubg mobile at 720p(it was the default resolution set by the emulator). I tried to play Pubg lite on that PC and it too has that issue. The rest of the systems we have doesn't have this issue. Sooner or later we'll upgrade the systems ? Btw tnx for your advice
  7. My friend didn't had any issues like freezing before. He does say that it has a framedrop sometimes which was not a big deal. But our customers play PUBG MOBILE on an emulator which is not a huge deal for that PC even tho we have installed PUBG lite. He would upgrade the Gpu to Gtx 1650 on newer systems and upgrade to ryzen and gpu on his older systems. The game freezes for a minute on that PC and resumes for a minute and the process repeats. The other 5 pcs are fine except that one
  8. I know but the game runs even if it has framedrops but that one system has Freezing issued
  9. We tried to change the hard drive from one of our PCs but still same issue. My friend didn't install integrated graphics drivers to get rid of games using integrated graphics and again get complained by our customers.
  10. Hey everyone So my friend of mine have a Cyber cafe in our locality and he built 3 new systems because the old 3 systems died and he upgraded it with them so that he wouldn't deal with it anymore. They currently have 6 Gaming PCs at their Cyber Cafe(3 of them are brand new and remaining are old but fast). So recently he came across me and said "One of our PCs freeze while gaming" and i went to deal with it and it freezes a lot (not lag or framedrops but freezing for a long time). The customers come to play CSGO, Dota 2 and PUBG Mobile(Stupid game. Why would they play PUBG mobile on PC whereas we have installed PUBG lite on it). And they complained a lot about the lag. I too tried to fix it under my friend's permission. Reinstalled Windows, Reinstalled all games, still nothing. Tried to change Bios Settings but it's of no use. Even older systems perform very well than these. Finally i thought to post this on this forum for any solution. So plz help me and my Friend. PC specs Intel core I3 8100 8gb ram GT 710(he will upgrade to GTX 1650 sooner) Gigabyte H310M 500gb Hard drive Windows 10 Old PC specs Intel core I3 4130 4gb ram GT 630(and R7 250 on one PC) Gigabyte H81m S 300gb hard drive Windows 7 Monitor is a 1080p Acer monitor Logitech Keyboard, Mouse and headphones So plz help me in this situation. Edit: I don't work there. I'm just trying to help my friend in this situation
  11. But u can't. There is only one ways to get higher fps. That isss Buy a new PC/Laptop capable of playing games.
  12. Maybe you have a bad motherboard. Contact the Motherboard manufacturer for more help. According to your pc spec list, you have Gigabyte AB350N gaming WIFI. I heard that it is a good Motherboard for Ryzen. So contact Gigabyte. I too had this issue on my friends MSI B450 tomahawk and i made a Bios flashback and it fixed the problem. So if your board has bios flashback, then you should try it out first.
  13. Dude. Nvidia Geforce 940MX is a laptop gpu which is impossibe to replace. You maybe thought this is the play of Legos. I too have a laptop with Nvidia Geforce 940MX.
  14. Maybe. My uncle works for Lenovo(he gave that laptop to me 2 years ago to use it as htpc) and i'll ask him to fix if it is a motherboard issue. Once it lost sound output in the same laptop and my uncle suggested me to do a clean windows install and it worked.
  15. My laptop too spontaneously shuts down, and never turns back on unless i reseed the battery or the charger. And i'll try your fix tonight(its already night in India). Btw thanks
  16. It is 59 to 60 degrees celsius whether it is on battery or charger. It turns off even in splash or boot screen and sometimes doesn't turn on at all
  17. I unplug everything everytime i use it except keyboard and mouse. And it sometimes boot into windows before turning off otherwise it force turns off in the splash or windows boot screen.
  18. Hey everyone Today i took out my old laptop which is used for living room htpc. But it was turned off for 2 weeks because no one used it for two weeks. Now a new problem persisted. My laptop just randomly shuts down. At first boot after a long time it turned on and showed the lights and the splash screen but turned off immediately and didn't turn back on. Then i power cycled it for two hours, Still same problem. Then i removed the battery and reseeded it to its slot and it turned on fine to the windows. I launched MINECRAFT ( cuz its an old laptop and can't handle any modern games ) it ran fine until it turned off again. Then i turned it on without the battery, it turned on but it turned off at login screen. So i was running OCCT stress test(CPU and RAM) and after few minutes, it still turned off. So guys please help me in this situation. It is the only htpc we have and no plans to change or upgrade it. I'm using my own gaming pc for streaming netflix and youtube on our tv. I can't use my own pc as a htpc for my family. Cause i too have to play with my friends??. Ok for the specs for that laptop Its a Lenovo thinkpad Sl400 Intel core 2 duo T6670 4GB ram 300gb hdd Integrated graphics Windows 10 pro 64bit So plz help me in this situation
  19. Hi everyone So i had 2 Viewsonic VA1932WMA monitors in which one of them is broken (My Cousin sister broke it 5 years ago ?) and one of them was lying around the store room and i just found it last week and it was an amazing Monitor of that time(2012). I connected it to my Laptop(my PC doesn't have VGA port)and it is still working fine even after kept it for about 3 years. And it was an 75hz 1440x900 monitor(cuz it was old) and i wonder Can i just overclock my Monitor and push it to its limits. So can i overclock it. I'll mention the specs of my PC and laptop for more information. My PC Intel Core i5 8400 16gb ram Asus Prime Z370-A RTX 2060 My laptop Intel core i5 7200U 8gb ram Geforce 920m(this doesn't output display. But IGPU does) Has a VGA port. Edit: I found a VGA to DVI port adapter which i used to connect the monitor to my old PC's GPU(it had only a DVI port) The monitor only had a VGA port
  20. I know that. But right now i have $1000 to spend on a laptop. So i'm gonna buy a $1000 laptop right now and save some money and get a eGPU later ?
  21. Hi everyone Last month i tried to find the best gaming laptop for college work and gaming for around $1700(Rs120,000) and i failed to get one. I had to sacrifice something like portability for performance or sacrifice performance for portability. So finally i decided to buy a $1000(Rs70,000) Laptop with thunderbolt 3 and spend extra $700(Rs49000) for an external gpu enclosure and a GPU. I'm not gonna buy a GPU enclosure and slap a cheap GPU on it and call it a day. I'm going to buy a RTX 2070 or RTX 2060 and a GPU enclosure and connect with my laptop. I need a Laptop with best Keyboard and trackpad for college work and after i return home, i connect it and play some games on it. I need a laptop which can handle the horsepower of RTX 2070. So please help me. Thank you. Edit:I'm planning to buy Gigabyte Aorus RTX 2070 or RTX 2060 Gaming Box and use it as my eGPU
  22. I have some time to buy a laptop and I asked it bit earlier to find out about it
  23. Oh thanks for your opinion. I tried all of the laptops you mentioned and I need light weight laptop like XPS 15 and XPS 13.
