your PSU damaged itself. Possibly the 12V rail or 5V rail got damaged, probably from the CPU OC. I'd replace it before anything bad happens.

Dell P2210. If you go used, they can be found VERY cheap and they can be rotated 90 degrees (that's how I have mine in my setup). It's not the highest resolution or the nicest panel, but if you can find one for under $100 it's a good deal.

I can't tell you which is best, but I can tell you buy from a retail store. Yes, you'll pay more, but you'll be almost 100% certain NOT to get a fake card...

Def CPU bottleneck.  Grab a better CPU that is compatible with your mobo.  good luck

yes, get a GTX 1050 for your i5-4460K system.
 
the 750 Ti and the GT 1030 are very similar in performance, and the A4-7300 is extremely weak for any GPU.

I think if you could afford, you should buy quad core processor

Yes!! AWA is back with another new car and orey has upgraded from the 987 GT4CS to the new 718 based car. Hopefully they end up campaigning that nsx GT3 as well at some point.
