  1. Are you getting clean power to the devices? I know you said you changed the PSU tho. I had similar issues messing around with the pixel clock patcher. Essentially driving too high of a refresh rate to the display which would trigger the same effect randomly.
  2. Check the BIOS for sleep states, S3 / S4 may be set there, also additional tools can control power profiles so check nothing from Acer has settings.
  3. Go to chrome://extensions in the browser and remove "Zoo Toolbar". Worth scanning your machine with malwarebytes anti-malware and running Windows Security as well.
