  1. I get up to 250Mbs download 30Mbs upload speed. Running Windows 10 and on a 5G network. Want something that will last.
  2. Alright. Will test it out tomorrow. I have an old PC so I'll try that. That bad part is that I only get the issue around once every 3 hours and never before one hour. Edit: I would like to add I remember I tried a speed test on my phone and a laptop while I was having the issue. The results were normal. I'm almost sure that this is a card specific problem.
  3. Been having problems with my NETGEAR A6210 disconnecting from my 5G connection randomly and temporary slow connections until I reboot or disconnect it from the USB 3.0. Sometimes it registers it as not USB 3.0 until I take it out and put it back. This problem happens on both on 2.5 and 5G. Done some speed tests and it seems only download speeds are impacted. Then reinstalled the drivers. Same problem. Normally get 100Mbs download speed and when its acting up I get as low as 3Mbs. Is this a hardware issue? If so should I buy USB, PCIe, or M.2
  4. I mean he might not also have enough ports and he needs an adapter
  5. They look pretty big. Do you have the desk space?
  6. There would be a bottleneck in games with a 1050 ti. I completely agree
  7. I can assuredly tell you that you don’t need the 8700k
  8. High overclocks can cause this. Especially ones with high or low voltage. Ask him if this is a possibility.
  9. Budget is really important so we know what to help you with. Also what are you going to be doing with this pc?
  10. The CPU might have been bumped when it was seated, take it out and check if anything was damaged
