  1. Just enjoying my time playing games until my PC just could not keep up with anything! I then get a black screen and and error about CorsairHID - (I have corsair ram). So I decide to run a "Windows Memory Diagnostic Test" and so I did. I clicked restart and black screen. I forced shut off and manually started and the computer ran through the diagnostic memory test. I view the logs in the event viewer and there seems to be a issue I would like solved. Here is the error report - That last part under ( UserData - Results - MemDiagRawData is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hanks in advance!
  2. Going to reduce power usage and change sockets now. I hope this works and appreciate the help. I'll leave this thread open as it's a 2 day interval.
  3. Event ID 41 yes.... I had it at balanced before but i'm putting it at powersaving. I am a heavy gamer so i'm not sure what that will change.
  4. I must also state that this happens atleast once every 2 days. I have searched online with the Kernel-Power issue on the windows event log and it is the exact problem I have. I have been using this socket for 4+ years exchanging and changing PCs one in a while. But the fact is that I have no idea why a week ago rather than like 2 years ago or something? It only happens in my room. This socket has 8 other outlets each connecting to monitors and lamps etc... Only the PC turns off but nothing else. So I am extremely convinced it is something in the PC.
  5. Not at all. Working perfectly fine. Treating it the same exact way as if I just got it.
  6. One critical in the past hour which is Kernel-Power but I believe that is just the fact of windows identifying of what the heck just happened.
  7. I'm connected to a hub which is firmly in place on an outlet along with power to my monitors etc...
  8. Sooo yea. Just started happening about a week ago. I play and browse etc... but RANDOMLY out of no where my computer shuts off as if somebody were to yank the chord out of its lung and then it restarts seconds after turning it off. Very concerning. I have never had problems with my PC. EVER. Not even half a year old too. In the process of scanning my whole computer with AVG and Malwarebytes.
  9. Thanks guys for all the help. I'm still in the process of trying to fix it and will try and get back to you guys as soon as possible when I'm stuck or I fix it.
  10. I've tried the following stuff: Reset all browsers, ESET Web Security Search, Malwarebytes, AVG, CCleaner, and Manually which I couldn't find. I have no idea how to fix this issue.
  11. I haven't installed anything recently in the past few days. I haven't found anything under the recent programs I have installed as well. I am installing malwarebytes now.
  12. I also have found no unknown programs running in the backround or startup programs in the task manager.
  13. This morning I turned on my computer and when I log on, a strange unknown website opens up on explorer, chrome, and/or firefox and I have absolutely no idea how to get rid of it. I am very paranoid that this is one type of malware which has never been detected on my PC before. The website is www.bizigames.org. How do I get rid of it?
  14. I just went into the bios, disabled, restarted, shutdown, enabled xmp profile, restarted and works perfectly. Thanks for you help
  15. I disabled XMP and it's finally working. Thank you. But could this problem damage any components? Do I need to have XMP enabled to have my ram working properly? (I'm not a ram expert )
  16. This is what I did this in the past 15 minutes. I turned off my light switch, than everything back on. (I'm assuming it's a PSU problem). I didn't the PC. After 5 minutes of power on throughout my room, I then decide to turn it on. It started up surpsingly with no fraction boot in the first 3 seconds than it turned off. It than turned back on redirecting me to the Bios with an overclocking fail. The only thing being overclocked is my "Pre Overclocked" 980. I think its my Ram. First startup ever, I made sure the Ram was in an XMP profile.
  17. Everything is connected perfectly. I have 16gb of ram. Power connectors are all in the right spots.
  18. I'll start it up and it'll be just fine. With no fraction startup problem. I got a killer PSU. Not sure how that could be the problem. This PC is a week old
  19. Just a light switch. Off and On. Like for a porch or something...
  20. I wish I could make the title bigger but it's really "Computer Turns Off for a Fraction of a Second Than Turns Back on After 5 Seconds All By Itself". Just build my new PC. Love it to death. But on startup, it concerns me. I have a switch in my room that controls the power flow to all outlets in my room including my light. I have to turn it off when I go to bed. This switch also controls the power flow to the PC. After I wake up ill get ready and go to my PC. I then turn on my room switch, give it a sec to distribute power, than turn on my PC. The PC turns on for a fraction of a second, turns off, stays off for about 6 seconds, than back on. The intervals between the fraction shut off and when it actually turns on are increasing! This also happens if I ONLY turn the PSU switch off than back on. BUT if I turn off my PC in the middile of the day (while my switch is on in my room) the PC will start up just fine with no fraction shut off. It's really bizzare. I would really love some help as the intervals are increasing and it's really conerrning me. Thanks. [EDIT] - I must state that it runs normally after this wierd startup process. The startup doesn't effect anything else in the PC (I think). Just the startup.
  21. I must also add that if I leave my circuit on the whole day and in any way I shut off my PC during the day, the PC will start with no problems the next time I power it on.
  22. I just recently built a brand new pc. I plug everything in a everything works fine. I have a switch in my room that controls the whole entire circuit throughout my whole room which means all my outputs are controlled by that one and single switch. I have a 3 monitor setup consisting of 2 1080p's and 1 1440p. After the day of using my PC, I shut off the PC, wait, and than turn off the switch because that also controls the lighting in my room. So the next day, i'll use my PC again. I turn the switch on, give it a few seconds to distribute power, than I press the start button and it turns on for about a second, turns off, wait a few seconds, (THE INTERVAL IS INCREASING!) than turns back on and stays on. The interval between when I turn it on for the first time and when is turns off than back on again, increases. Last week it was like a 3 second interval. Today is was like a 6 seconds. I'm not sure what the hell is going on. Should it concern me in any way? Please help!
  23. I just built my new rig and I must say, the audio is very disappointing. I am using the Skullcandy PLYR 2 headset. This mobo comes with supreme fx and a really nice realtek audio manager. I go on realtek, plug in my headphones, and it detects that they are not headphones. My headphones are wireless so I have to plug in the wireless tower to the headphone jack to make the headphones work properly. The sound sounds very unrealistic. If I were to face something making sounds in a game head on, the sound is fine. If I move my head like 5 to 10 degrees to the right or left, it sounds like if the player was standing directly to my side. If I were to place my back, It sounds like he is talking really far away and I can't hear him literally AT ALL. I am using 7.1 surround sounds so there are speakers: Center, Subwoofer, Side Pair, Front left and right, and Rear Pair. Any of the following speakers sound EXACTLY THE SAME. As if they were directly next to me! The two front and left speakers, side pair, and rear pair. They all sounds the same with no realistic surround. I would really love some help as this is extremely annoying and head boggling for me. Thanks!
