  1. I've just gone through every option within the BIOS and yet the problem still happens. Clearly it's beyond my limited knowledge. I have no idea what to do or where to even start looking for help or possible fixes. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions or can offer any help, please, please do.
  2. So, I've been back for a little while and I did what you suggested. If you look at the image, I tried manually setting the CPU Voltage and DRAM Voltage a little higher than the auto setting, but not too high. I also enabled an option which said it'd protect my CPU from under voltage or something like that, I think. For about a week this worked and I had no problems, however it seems to be starting up again, slowly but surely. There are two other voltage settings there, CPU NB/SoC Voltage and CLDO_VDDP Voltage, but I'm not too sure what either of these do. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 3. Thank you. Unfortunately I'm travelling at the moment, but when I get back in a few days I'll try adjusting the voltages and let you know what happens. Thank you again.
  4. Any advice you could offer would be gratefully received.
  5. I took a look at the Overclocking settings in the BIOS, as far as I could see everything seemed to be set to auto or set correctly, but to be honest I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. I noticed the "Adjusted CPU Frequency: 3100 MHz", which I believe is where it's supposed to be. But lower down I saw "CPU Core Voltage: 0.952V" which I'm not sure is quite right, but again I'm quite in the dark here. MSI_SnapShot1.bmp
  6. Sorry, as I said, I'm still new to PCs. What do you mean when you say it hangs a lot?
  7. Thank you for your help. I'll take a look and see what I can find.
  8. I checked the BIOS earlier today and disabled some sort of automatic boost setting. Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem. Can you give me any hints what I should be looking for if I check again? Is there something else I should try doing?
  9. I’ve just built my first PC: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 - 1200 Motherboard: MSI B350 PC MATE RAM: Hyper X FURY16GB (2 sticks of 8GB) 2400HHz, DDR4 GPU: Radeon RX 560 PSU: Corsair CX450M It works perfectly fine while I’m using it, I can work, watch YouTube, and play games without issue, however every now and then when I turn the PC on, it will crash after a few seconds and I have to use the reset button. The problem only happens fifty percent of the time when turning the computer on from being off or in Sleep or Hibernation mode, and as far as I can tell it occurs randomly. As I said, once the PC is on, everything works fine. The “EZ DEBUG” LEDs on my motherboard say it’s a CPU fault, however I’m not sure how accurate this is or what to do if this is the case. I believe all drivers and updates are installed correctly, however I can’t be sure. I haven’t done any overclocking, but I don’t know if any part of my PC has automatically overclocked itself from some feature or something like that. I’m still quite new to all things PC; I’ve tried looking around for solutions and I’ve tried a few easy things, but I’m not sure what to do. I’ll be grateful for any advice people can offer. Thank you.
