Virtualnate got a reaction from kelvinhall05 in Looking for Full-size Japanese RGB keyboard
Ok, so I just found out it may not make a difference at all since Japanese people completely ignore the Japanese legends on US layouts so they won't have to learn two different layouts just to type in their language. The method of typing by using the Japanese legends is not widely used in Japan either. They've grown so accustomed to the English alphabet when it comes to keyboards so it's like using Roomaji to type in Japanese. I guess any good PBT RGB keyboard will do then. Thank you for your time

    Thanks for the help!!

First time some's taken pictures to reply to me!! I truly appreciate the effort. I didn't wait long enough to get replies, so I went out of my way and settled for a Phanteks p500a, and Steve from Gamers Nexus said between the Lancool II Mesh and P500A you can go with either one. So yesterday I bought the case and forgot about the post and I'm now reading your reply a little too late, sorry about that

I opted for the p500a since it can fit 3 140mm fans as intake and cable management is great imo...

    AGAIN, I APPRECIATE THE PICTURES!!!

    THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, I own a Corsair Obsidian 500D but I need something better in terms of airflow.

    My rig:
    X570 Aorus Master
    5900x
ROG Strix 1080Ti (I will eventually upgrade to an Aorus Xtreme 3080 or 3090)
    1200W PSU
    x4 2.5 SSDs
    EVGA CLC 280

-I need something that will have extra space in the back to hide cables away
-something that will fit a long PSU like the T2 series
-must fit a 280mm AIO (will probably upgrade to a 420 Eisbaer if it can fit)
    -Quiet
    -Great airflow
-at least 3 SSD trays included

I've taken a look at the following cases:
    -Fractal Design Meshify S2
    -Fractal Design Meshify 2
    -Lian Li O11 Dynamic
-Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance
    -Phanteks P600S

If you have other suggestions please feel free to comment away! My budget is $100-150

Virtualnate got a reaction from SpaceGhostC2C in 5900X gives me lower FPS on Modern Warfare than 8700K
I have no idea, had to toggle every setting on and off and on until something changed. To be clear, the 5900X eliminated stuttering as soon as I started playing from day one, not yesterday. It is an amazing processor. I even got about 15FPS higher on Shadow of the Tomb Raider. As far as COD:MW I also found out it may depend on which multiplayer map I'm in. For instance, I tried a private bot match using shoot house/shipment (I play lots of it) and the FPS are higher than on bigger maps... Something I hadn't noticed before, but if I remember correctly I hardly went below 110FPS, it's close enough to what it used to be, don't know what else I should tweak, can't complain though!

I have been using Afterburner for 2 years now, never had an issue. I will play for two minutes and get back to you with numbers

Virtualnate reacted to LogicalDrm in cpu and gpu heating often, what do i do?
GPU Tweak and Afterburner are essentially skins of same base software. I don't think they will conflict that badly. As for curves, do some testing. I've found that most of fans won't have any major effect after 80% of rpm. Also they get bit too loud for benefits. My current GPU is capped at 60% in which it will keep temps at 85C max under stress testing. I could get lower temps if I bumped speeds, but thats not really beneficial. The danger levels for GPUs are over 90-95C.
