you might have a shitty mouse, if its not a 1000hz polling rate it could feel much less responsive, also if you jsut have a shit mouse it will be less responsive just as a fact of it having a worse sensor and being a LOT slower, if its not that then it could be your CPU being too slow to send the information of the moving mouse to the game in time for you to not notice or feel like youi dont atleast 

it wont damage anything unless youre power modding the card to draw more power from the PCIE slot but that requires wayyyyy too much effort for basically no return 
youll be fine to use that card and even overclock it dont worry about it 

yes it is worth it for the 6gb oiver the 3gb also most games will use alot of the 3gb Vram anyways better to get the 6gb and better performancev

i use hyperX cloud 2s and i absolutely love everything about them, they fit my head they are comfortable for long use, they have really solid construction if that helps 

its probably because youre playing on 1080p screen with a 1080ti most anyone els with a 1080ti is 1440P +

the accelero twin turbo i had on my 1050ti was VERY MUCH overkill but i wanted it to be, getting the mono would be what id reccomend as these arctic coolers are damn near silent ( and both are 200-250W TDP i think both are 250 actually), and if you want to spend like 2.5x the amount of a mono cooler get the watercooling bracket from NZXT and the cheap H55 cooler

it could cause a limitation but i wouldnt call it a bottleneck, either way get the locked I5 8400 over the unlocked i3 for gaming its better youll actually see a difference with that CPU and that GPU combo

Depends on the card. Some with better coolers can do 2ghz just fine. Some of the garbage coolers may struggle to hit 2ghz.

The EVGA one cools better, but the shroud looks like it comes from a $0.1 food packaging box

Terrible value, don't buy. This retailer also looks awful, listing "Nvidia GTX graphics card with GDDR5" and "4 core i7" which mean truly nothing until you check the actual specs and discover you're overpaying. Also, it looks like you posted the same image three times there.
 
edit: I just noticed under the "Color" spec it says GTX 1060 6gb, and the spec sheet also lists a gtx 1060 3gb, which is very confusing.

just try and access the bios like you normally would, also if you changed the placement of your display cables or display arrangement it could affect the way it shows the flash screen and may not show it, i know i had trouble with this after i got a new 144hz monitor i couldnt get it to boot onto that monitor but i could get it to boot to bios on my old monitor so now i have a dual monitor setup

yeah you can use it as a really expensive display driver if you wanted too just plug and play basically 
i had a 1050ti and a 645 running 2 different monitors to test that one time and it worked so yes

its probably not dead, can you boot into safemode?
 

is it a clicking noise that sounds like a fan blade? youd very easily be able to tell its a super audible click inline with the RPM of the fans, but if its not there while its on thats probably not the issue, its probably just mechanical noises but i cant hear the sound so idk exactly
 

well nvidias been calling their stuff GTX since like the 300 series,so i think we can let them pass on that one its an old naming scheme

its RTX because GTX but now RAYTRACING so RT instead of what ever GTX stood for?

dont get the 3gb get the 6gb its basically the same price right now anyways 
but if youre set on the 3gb i would seriously reccomend an RX570 as they are the same price or cheaper and have more Vram (4 or 8gb) and are almost the same perfromers than a 1060 6gb
 

idk about this but i do know the lower capacity there is a performance decrease, uptill you get a 500+gb ssd
but still my 125gb nvme SSD is like 116gb full and i dont notice any slowdowns at all if that helps
