I quite frequently play Beam.NG, R7 2700X and 3060 12gb. "Usually" I'll see 60+ FPS on high, 1080p, on a 144hz monitor. Runs good, but as I load more vehicles, especially "Ai" vehicles, that's when FPS starts to tank

Those are just the soldered legs of through-hole components (such as capacitors) that are mounted to the topside of your motherboard. They won't always look perfect, so that sort of stuff is natural in the production process. Nothing should be broken.
