    You "can't" nor should you use it as the OS has all the drivers and other crap related to the HP's hardware. Yes you can call MS and they might believe whatever story you tell them, but that's just unethical. It's best you do a clean install of Windows 8.1 on your new PC.     Agreed. Plus people sometimes forget amazon sells a LOT of crap that no one really cares about, like gardening stuff... I suspect that will be the most heavily discounted. Plus this is only going to be for one day, and new deals will pop up every 10 minutes... If it is a good item good luck getting it before it's out of stock or even being awake for it. This is so much worse than the steam sale

    You can buy it from MS If you want, or you can buy it from Newegg, Amazon, Etc. All you need is a Windows key, then you can burn a win8 CD or USB drive all you want. You can create a Windows 8.1 USB drive with Microsoft's tool here, just match the langauge and edition (8.1, 8.1 pro, etc) to the type of Windows key you bought: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

    the pretty colors, the cool looking shapes, the pretty LED lights, the glitter logos. personally it depends, if it's something you will see constantly and how much i'm already spending. If it's a $5 brown SATA cable vs a $8 black SATA cable I probably wouldn't care and just go for the cheaper option. If it's a $50 brown case vs a $80 black case, I'd go with the black case.

    Microfiber cloths are used to clean glasses. No matter what cloth you use it has the possibility to get something caught and scratch your screen. Just be careful, and in the future don't touch your screen with your fingers.

    From PCPartPicker's data, looks like $90 is your best deal for a new one from a retailer. You could try Ebay for a new/used one.

    With all the little edges and sharp bits in a computer, that would just end up leaving cotton in your system instead of dust. Would not recommend!
