I stopped watching Lunduke because I cannot stand his whining about "cancel culture" anymore. Don't be an a****le, and no one will "cancel" you, it's that simple. But, apparently, these days, generally being nice and respectful is too much to ask for people like Lunduke.

Is the title bad joke or something? Hotmail as a branding hasn't been a thing for past 10 years.

It seems to be something with hypervisor-protected code integrity (HVCI) being mandatory now. https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2021/06/28/update-on-windows-11-minimum-system-requirements/
This reduces performance significantly without Mode Based Execution Control (MBEC) http://borec.ch/the-potential-performance-impact-of-device-guard-hvci/

This is still strange though? Best I can tell zen+ doesn't have MBEC and was on the initial support list, but 7th gen intel does and is absent. You can find some discussion here

Yes that is even fine but make sure its stable also why even do this at all? The odds of having a bad CPU is extremely slim and the ram will boot just fine at 2133mhz and you own a x570 board.

You can get a FX 5ghz CPU and it will perform like a 2Ghz 3700x lol.

Yes, personally I found the 5900x and 5950x prices to be good. Can't say much about the rest. I don't think that AMD is supposed to be the cheap brand, reading online articles about people basically being exaggeratedly disappointed about the $50 made me a bit confused.

If you ever need help with this you can always PM me directly, you have to change every setting most importantly the CAD and PROCODT settings and voltage remember you are fine to set higher voltage most DDR4 kits can run at 1.45V without even having good airflow in the case. I currently use 1.5V but i have really nice airflow and during a 9 hour memtest run it hit 50C on the max temp with everything passing.

I was going to mention this.  Ryzen loves both high speed and low latency so the goal is to get the faster ram with the lowest latency.

If you enjoy playing at higher frame rates 120+ then i would recommend 3600-3800 memory with nothing higher then 16 cas latency for Zen 2.

Ram is really the ONLY area where you can tweak your setup with a Ryzen 3000 CPU as there is 0 overclocking headroom and PBO and Auto OC basically do nothing useful and can even hurt ST performance.

I currently have a very high binned samsung bdie kit but it can be expensive, mainly bought it for fun to OC and tweak things((Currently at 3800mhz at 14 cas timings).

What matter what you get remember this simple trick
Memory divided by TCL and the higher the number the better, example down below.

    3600mhz 18 cas timings = 200
    3200mhz 14 cas timings = 228

In the example above the 3200mhz kit would be better and most likely either allow for an OC or even tighter timings.

Regardless on what you pick remember to tweak further then XMP by using Dram Ryzen calculator.

Still have plenty of those too.
Here's the list of what I either have or had and I do have multiple examples of a few that's listed: https://hwbot.org/user/bones/#Hardware_Library
I have more that's not within the list too, not much but I've got it and most shown I still have in working order too.

Is it even running all 4 modules, 8 cores?

indeed.... There's a reason why they make the Extreme9 for the FX 9 series, that has 3 times the VRM of your Extreme3

Good, so you dont blow the board up before the CPU overheats

and data monitoring, yes. Use HWinfo64.

It's what powers the CPU by stepping down 12V received from the PSU to just above the core voltage. It's not looking good here, better add a dedicated fan for it.

Any overclock is tied to the silicon lottery, it determines how fast it can go for a set power draw.

For fun only, and not really comparable with anyone else.

The only thing I see is that I would definitely trade some of that all core speed for memory speed and IF speed if you're just running at 3200/1800. It's Cas 14 memory, so it should have some headroom to match the memory to the IF speed, so 3600/1800 or better.

Memory frequency, voltage and timings. Zen 2 overclocking is 80% about memory tuning, 5% for core frequency tuning, 15% for hoping the softwares work well with each other,

If you want good quality audio, use an external dac. There's little to no difference between the two cards. I'd just get the x570 so you can later upgrade when Ryzen 4xxx comes out.

Also doesn't TR have multiple dies under the MASSIVE heat spreader, while consumer Ryzen chips have 1 single little concentrated heat source?
