Had this pre-built PC for years and one day I turned it on and the text was missing (no text on applications, files and etc.) so I restarted the computer and the text came back! But I'm a bit worried cause when I ran CyrstalDiskInfo it came up with this: https://imgur.com/a/D4GFUjV Can anyone vouch how serious this is? I have important docs and pics so I'm going to go buy external drive to backup to... Pls help! (System is like 5/6/7 yrs old.)

I'm moving up from a pre-built PC and is going to build my own PC! But I want to move my HD from my pre-built to my new PC. The HD from my pre-built has Windows 10 on it and I'm going to put a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my new PC. Will that interfere? Thanks!
