  1. Unpopular opinion probably, but try to get some pre assembled from Dell/HP/Lenovo, I'm talking about the Business/Enterprise lineup, Dell for example has some management tools that let you manage updates and Inventory without too much hassle. So you won't be wasting all your days in trying to get those things going.
  2. I'm planning to build a new PC inside a Phanteks Evolv Shift, I already got a spare R7 3700X but need to choose a motherboard for it, for now the AORUS X570 I PRO is the main choice. Any valid alternatives?
  3. Hi everyone, I was thinking about buying a Thunderbolt 3 dock for my home setup, a few month month ago I bought myself an Acer Conceptd7 laptop which has a TB3 port. I have seen the elgato one but it's very pricey, the main use would be using just 1 cable to connect monitor and keyboard/mouse to play on my external monitor and have everything organized with less cable possible hanging around. I'm also worried if a dock would increase substantially the input lag with keyboard and mice. Living in Europe, so cannot buy anything from US/Canada Thank y'all!
  4. Cause you could try a Windows 2016 Multipoint server with some thinclients (Dell Wyse for example) and a Linux VM next to it, but you'll need to pay for the CAL licences in addition to the hardware cost.
  5. Are we talking about Multipoint services, right? Are the clients virtualized in a single VM?
  6. Thanks a lot for the infos. Here (Italy) the 2080 are priced too high, the sweet-spot seems the 2070, so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get one
  7. I'm gonna build a PC primarily for rendering with Vray and using SketchUp, I've read that Vray uses CUDA cores, but I'm not sure about choosing an actual RTX(2070) card or a Quadro(?) one. Budget is around 500/600€
  8. If this occur only while using edge try with AdAware o similar software, if the problem shows up with other browser check your Host file in %WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc Check for any rubbish written in it or just reset it (How-To on Microsoft's Support Website). This should do it
  9. Hi all here, I'm attempting to OC my R5 1600 on a ASRock X370 Killer SLI (BIOS v4.80 latest) mobo (first try at OC) Watching a lot of guides on the web and here's the situation atm: CPU cooled with a Cooler Master MasterLiquid lite 240, IDLE @ 26/27 ºC (from HWMonitor) LOAD @ 64 ºC AMD Cool'n'Quiet Disabled CPU Clock Ratio -----> 3800 CPU Vcore -----> 1.3250 V CPU Load Line Calibration set to AUTO (which set Level 5) A the moment the PC seems stable, I run p95 for about an hour, run also an hour of aida64 and played about 2 hours of PUBG/LOL without issues. But the question here is about the LLC which I cannot understand completely; I've tried to set it to LEVEL 2 as seen from many other discussions but after that I freeze while doing the a second run of cinebench. What kind of settings should I use for the LLC? Thanks in advance
