Recently I purchased the MSI B350M Gaming Pro after my Asus B350 PC Mate died, Was luckily able to salvage all other components, But I soon noticed after Just Cause crashed that half of my 16GB of RAM was being hardware reserved, After a few months of frustration and googling I discovered that one of my RAM sticks was clocked at 2133Mhz and the other was clocked at, this being my theory as to why 8GB of RAM is locked, I bought the kit of 2 x 8GB 2400mHz together which is why this confuses me so much, I was wondering If there was a way to overclock one stick of RAM without affecting the other or maybe overclock both to a uniform frequency, but I don't have any overclocking knowledge, so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions.
