  1. Hi guys, Im looking for a Type-C hub to connect my laptop with home setup, that includes: 2x DVI Full-HD displays (i have DVI to HDMI connectors aswell) 1x USB mouse 1x USB keyboard 1x webcam/microphone 1x ethernet cable connection (optimal) and aux connection (optimal) What would you guys recommend for this setup? laptop MSI GT62VR
  2. My brother is graphical designer, if you are interested, I can send you his portfolio (PM).
  3. I baked my GPU few months ago , its working fine , only issue is that i lost one dvi port . Baked for about 8 minutes , removed all that i could and put some foil balls under gpu corners. EDIT: Most of the plastic on gpu is made for relatively high temperatures , so nothing should melt in those 8-10 min. And my GPU wasn't dead completely it was just showing artifacts all over the screen. My GPU was facing upwards , but i don't think that you should wrap it in foil .
  4. Blue screens ain't normal , start with monitoring temperatures , something with logging option like "open hardware monitor" would work for you.
  5. You can get huge lifetime storage on zoolz for cheap
  6. Your PC supports dual-channel , so any DDR4 stick up to 2133Mhz will work.
  7. 100m for 1gbit on cat5e
  8. I had the same problem , all i did was removed windows product key and added it again. here is link on how to remove/reset key - https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/36847.how-to-reset-or-remove-windows-activationremove-license-key-using-command.aspx
  9. What mikrotik product are u using?
  10. In order for your application to work you will need correct JRE version installed on your computer
  11. i have no experience with Ubiquiti UniFi , but i know that mikrotik 450g (about 20USD) would do the trick. But using almost any router would be more safe , secure and cheaper in long term than hosting vpn server on PC.
  12. Why dont you buy a cheap mikrotik routerboard and setup simple PPTP VPN?
  13. You can definitely get decent one for 120$ , last year i bought some for about 12$ per sq meter (8-10 mm) in my local building material store. 81 sq ft - you would need ~ 7 times that. Don't go for a fancy stuff , that more for better car audio and heat shielding , not just sound deadening.
  14. If you are planing on using car deadening materials keep in mind that there is two kinds of them , one ussaly with foil on one side and other one little bit thicker , without foil and softer (ussualy cheaper aswell) , go for second option, first one is more for vibrations and stuff like that.
