    Hello guys, cause I'm new in this stuff, I heard a guy on YouTube saying that the core i5-8400 with a base frequency of 2.8 GHz which I'm thinking about buying in the near future for a build despite the fact it has a max turbo boost of 4 GHz, said something about being locked, so it cannot be actually overclocked, wtf?

    I'm having a hard time connecting my windows 10 laptop with the tv with a HDMI cable and it seems that the tv doesn't display sound. That didn't use to be the case until yesterday.
