So do you remember the video where Linus made the DIY SSD? Yes? Okay do you remember the video where he runs windows off an SD card? Yes? Good, what about the video where he makes a DIY USB drive out of an M.2 drive and an enclosure? You can probably see where I’m going with this by now, If you didn’t, the video idea is that they try to run Windows off the DIY USB, maybe try to play some games and then see how it performs compared to the SD card windows.

I already tried but their reasoning was that it was so old of a router and they decommissioned them a long time ago, that they would not be able to send another. So we have to get a new one.

Recently, I found out that I am getting 20 Mbps from an old router that I have had for about 5 - 7 years. We got Verizon FiOS recently and it is supposed to give you at least 54 Mbps of speeds. Currently, I have an ISP provided modem/router combo. My dad put me up to the task of contacting different forums to see what people recommend and why. Things like how many bands should we have in the router, singles, double, or triple. Recommended range for our house? Things like that. Our router currently can only put 20 Mbps through and nothing else, not even on the wired connections we have in our house. We have a medium sized house 3 floors (Top, middle, and basement). Any suggestions on what I should be looking for in the router we decide to get? EDIT: We are currently running 4 Iphones, 3 PCs, an Xbox One and 2 cable boxes. We do not have DSL in our area, just COAX. Thanks

Actually, Ill check the keys right now on microsoft's website, if they are legit, ill let you know.

Where would I get a legit one? I mean, as long as the computer works and doesn't have spyware, it should be fine right?

I read something about the anytime upgrader being disabled and cut from windows products, can I still use it since win7 is old? (Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure that I don't brick my $500 system)

So if I get a product key for ultimate, put it into the upgrader, it should change the OS from 7HP to 7U?

I have an authentic version of windows 7 HP (Home premium), the product key is loaded into the system. If I change my product key to a windows 7 U (ultimate edition), will it change the OS to windows 7 ultimate? P.S. Probably a stupid question, I do stuff with servers, hardware and registry tech, product keys and authentication are more of a mystery to me.

I have a program that works just like windows 10 task manager called DBL Task manager (I think) and i want it to run instead of the windows 7 task manager when i try to tun task manager. How do I do this Linus, help. Thanks, Malcolm
