    16Gb is more than enough and that SSD is just fine. Samsung is pretty expensive.

    It is one of the OEMs of PSU, which means they build power supplies for some prebuilt PCs as well.
     
    As long as you avoid the cheaper PSU (because they use outdated tech there), Seasonic is a good brand.

    Since I doubt you have any budget limitations, I would go for Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium, 1000W should be more than enough.

    Hey there,
    My friend has a 1050 (non ti) and they play gta v and pubg no problem (maybe with the settings turned down a bit). I myself only have an r9 280x and I can run gta v no problem.

    It's compatible. First step to save money would be to cut down on the PSU size, it's about twice what you need. A good 600W will power it easy. 
     
    I'd advise using PCPartPicker to compare prices and compatibility. The compatibility filter is on by default, so it won't let you select incompatible parts and any potential issues will be noted for you.
