there was problems with gddr 6 mem modules but that was an early issue i think it was micron modules i can recall i remember that samsung was the gun. try under clock your mem and see if that helps if you do have mem issues like i just described your mem will degrade pretty fast and youll start to get artifacting.

ive done exactly what you're looking at and its works fine, thing is you have to look at fan size and its cfm and you make adjustments in bios or app, say if you're doing a 3 fan set up of a 150mm noctua exhaust and 2 80mm intake you'll most likely have neg presure but if you ramp up the intake and slow the exhaust down you'll probably get positive pressure so calculate it like that if you can and make adjustments where necessary.

Theres something really really wrong with the mobo or psu or both. you 12v is doing 16v your 5v is doing nearly 7v and your 3.3v is doing 5.5v. i think most likely itll be the mobo but id check your psu with a multi meter just to be safe. I hope you havent already fried anything
