  1. When I was still a teenager and had no access neither a credit card nor any money, I used to pirate game whenever the download speed allowed. Afterwards when I started working I still continued pirating and would buy the games that I really liked. When I discovered Steam back in 2008, it all changed for me, moreover when steam sales were introduced. I stopped pirating games. I still pirate some movies and tv series here and there but only due to lack of services or worth of money. In conclusion personally I don’t think that it matters in the end since in my opinion there are only two types of pirates, those who do it as a lifestyle and those who do it as a necessity. In the end it only hurts the greed of the top 1% of the company. If they really cared for the employees they fire they would have lessened their own salaries and keep them employed instead of blaming it on the rest of society.
  2. Damn calm down everyone. No need to get all philosophical about the postage and taxes. Myself I live in Malta and really wish I could buy the backpack(looks really sick with the orange liners), but unfortunately I have other expenses which I make the backpack unaffordable right now. Do not know why they are review bombing the backpack page though, looks like the tantrums of a 5 year old child not being allowed to insert the fork into the wall plug. Expensive postage, especially across continent is like gravity, cannot be change and it hurts when it hits you. No need to rage about. Do like me, lay back and have a beer or two. Wait I could leave the beer out of the equation and save the money for the backpack. I might have to wait a bit longer, but one day, not sure when, that backpack will be riding me to work!!!
  3. Damn… ok thanks for the clarification.
  4. When you pay for the taxes in the store, do they include the import vat when it comes here in my country?
  5. Found out the problem. Apparently it was a bad cpu out of the box. Managed to get a new one under the warrant, but due to lack of stock upgraded to the ryzen 7 5800x.
  6. I bought new components to build a new pc, attached and mounted everything and managed to install windows. Now once during the windows installation the pc suddenly restarted and I had to restart the windows 10 installation from scratch. after managing to install windows I made a new profile and managed to login into it. When I tried to go and download chrome the pc suddenly reboot, sudden restart without any prompt. It just went off and started on again. I tried again and the sae kept happening. Sudden crashes and restarts without any blue-screens. Managed to go into safe-mode and installed graphic drivers and check for errors. The more I tried the more frequent the crashes became. Even flashed the bios and installed the latest available. Now it came to a point that the pc boots tries to load and cannot even go into windows or windows safe menu just constant crash and booting. The Pc parts are the following: Ryzen 5600x Msi mpg X570 gaming edge wifi 16GB 2x8GB corsair vengeance led pro ddr4 3200MHz Intel Optane 512GB nvme 2tb barracuda HDD MSI Ventura RTX 3070 3X OC PSU TT 80+ Bronze 750 W Smart B2 Could it be a faulty part? I bought everthing new from scan in my country and really do not know what else to try.
  7. Thanks for the tip. Will be getting a 750w one. This was a mistake i’ll try not to repeat the next time for sure.
  8. Damn I should have thought about it better a bit before buying it . Tried following PC the build on PC part picker which estimated power consumption with the Ryzen 5 5600x to about 380 watts and thought it would be enough.
  9. I am in a bit of a pickle and do not know the best course of action that I should take. I recently managed to get some new hardware for a new pc and to save some money I got a cheap case from thermaltake which was bundled with a free 550W PSU. Now the problem is that when I got my graphic card which is an MSI Ventus 3070 3x OC and was building the PC I noticed that I do not have enough Power supply PCI-e connections to power it up. The only cable that I have got left after connecting the cpu and the motherboard connection is, a cable with a 6+2 pin connection along with a 6 pin connection. If I bought a 1-8 pin adapter to 2-8 pin adapter would I be able to power the graphic card?
  10. Why would it be an issue though. Personally I wouldn’t use it much. The only reason I would slow the footage is to either find some kind of easter egg or to try and catch a better peek of some naughty scenes. When are they adding these feature anyway?
  11. Still using my GTX 760. Nowadays it’s struggling a bit too much to keep up with the frames.
  12. Save a bit more and build more until the new line up of gpus comes out and then build a new system. Otherwise spend them on cheese puffs
  13. Yeah me too but the next one is still a bit off. Really need an upgrade on my gpu. Still using my gainward gtx760 and its starting to show its age. That msi gtx 1070 ti is one heck of a beauty.
  14. Prices for pre-builts are not as high as they used to. An Core i7-7700 1TB 8GB GTX1070 costs around 1300 euros. Yeah the case is nothing nice to look at but personally I do not care that much for the case as long as the internals are good.
