if you got the room, and cash, id recommend a corsair h100i or equivalent. the "i" is the nice part about it, tho can be hit and miss depending on your setup. i got the h105 on launch and have been using it since, but i wish it was digital as it would allow better readouts on info, like pump rpm, better temp readouts, newer models have rgb, etc. personally i would never use a single 120-140 rad, they usually dont perform much better than a decent air cooler, provided you dont live in the desert. always remember your ambient temp affects your temps, so if its really hot it wont matter if its air or liquid. i find the main reason for liquid is usually to lower sound output, but i could care less, as long as my system performs well and stays cool i dont really care what it sounds like. thats what headsets are for, lol
