    I still have to warranty so it's not a problem. But I hope they dont repair it.(I will get a coupon) Last year my motherboard and ram died, this year another set or ram died and this on top of it. Not even a year and a half of ownership and I'm sick and tired of this crap! But thank you for letting me know what could be wrong.

    So I have a interesting problem with my GPU/Drivers. When this happened I was in class with my laptop not being used at all with a empty desktop(listening to the lecture ofc). Now this is coming and going all the time, for 1h I have a normal laptop then this happens and then fixed again... and so on. I dont do anything to make it work normally, it just randomly decideds too. This seems to me like heat damage... but my GPU is always around 65-70 in videogames so it makes no sense. So what I have tried to fix this is: Update drivers Go back one update before the one with the problem Using DDU in normal mode and installing a update Using DDU in safe mode and installing the update in normal Outright removing the update works! But then I'm stuck with a glorified mobile phone

    Well thats on only thing im not shure about... since im jumping from 1080p 60fps to one of them to me its a win/win... the rest of the laptop im 99% shure what will i take(1% is if they release a new GPU in the next 2-3 months, i don't think so but who knows)

    So the only true solution is good to a shop and see them next each other

    It is a monster of a laptop... the only way it could be better is if it would be a SLI(but the heat that makes... uf), and 17 inch less then 50cm from you is a big screen.

    Its a 1080 with a I7 8700k and 32 GB or ram. Well I dont plan to play outside but play in different locations plugged in the wall anyway so battery life is not a problem to me. When it comes to fps im use to 60fps so 144 or 120 is anyway mind blowing to me. IPS vs TN is the thing i have no clue about.

    So... IPS is better but is it worth losing resolution just to get a better screen and 24fps or is a TN worth a higher resolution and a more then comfy 120Hz... I honestly dont know, I had shitty screens all my life so I just dont know what to take. Thers a 4k with 60Hz option to but 40 fps gaming is cancer for me sooooo... no thanks.

    HIDevolution isnt a option at all considering its from the US(i could probably buy another one for the taxes i need to pay) but ObsidianPC... wow tnx for that.

    The other options are a 1080p 144Hz G-sync and a 4k G-sync(probably 60 fps max)... non of the two options are that appealing to me. If a better option was available i would probably like it more.

    If im not mistaken 6 pipes or 3 pipes per CPU and GPU... but its still a laptop so there's always some heat.

    So as much as I want a desktop pc if I bought one I would be able to be on it less then 1h a day but on a laptop I could be +5h a day on the job(yes the boss allows it when I wait). Now im planing of buying XMG Zenith 17 witch is a laptop from the "Clevo family" of laptops that includes Sager and I think Origin laptops to. Im just interested in whats your opinions on this laptop and what would you change or add to it? WQHD 1440p 120 Hz G-sync TN screen GTX 1080 8GB not the mobile version I7 8700k... yes a desktop CPU 2x 16 GB DDR4 HyperX impact 2400Mhz Samsung 860 EVO M.2 250gb(and a classic 1TB samsung SSD from a different shop, no need for 2x M.2) P.S. Yes it is expensive but I plan to buy it over a family member who legally doesn't have to pay taxes.

    I got annoyed and tried all the options... Non of them works. It just won't do anything I try(or it just ignores me)

    So it's a update thing probably... I'm working for 2 days now on the laptop and I have no idea what is wrong, it just dosnt respond to any "fix" I try.
