I've asked about this before but I thought I ought ask here as its more of a gpucentric question , how does a mobile 1060 stack up against this new Vega m GH type of chip and also are both good for 1080p high/ultra 60 fps in 2018?

I'll be honest with you guys , I just made a sort of similar build to the NUC , likely it won't be optimal since I'm not really a good pc builder but in the end of the day both my custom pc and the NUC cost around 999 with no ram and storage still I'm not certain if it isn't a bit powerful but still do y'all think that even if I do get the NUC/blade 14 with a mobile 1060 I should still be set for 1080p?

Also assuming I chose the NUC do you guys think it's ok for 1080p high?

I mean could you feasibly build something that outperforms a blade/Hades and is still fairly portable?

Yea but what about the thermals ? From what I've saw/read blades can get really hot and loud , and well the more I read on about the Hades the more I like it...

Hey there I wanted to build or buy my first ever decent gaming pc , I had an 860m laptop that died and hence I'd like to get a new work and play pc , my target is 1080p high ultta 60 fps in 2018 and q1 2019 , so Id like to ask for your opinions on those 3 solutions 1.Razer blade 14 2017 gtx 1060 i7 7700hq 512 4k 2.Blade stealth i7 8550u with Egpu (1060 6gb ) 3.Nuc Hades canyon 8809G (this ones a wildcard , I've only recently heard about it ) Personally I'm leaning towards the blade 14 , but the NUC seems really interesting. So what do y'all think?
