  1. So, I read that when you use two different ram at different frequencies, it will run at the slowest one. so say i had a 2133Mhz and a 2400Mhz, can i overclock the 2133Mhz to 2400Mhz so the other one will also run at 2400Mhz?
  2. if you think it will benefit you, get the xeon. if you think your current i7 is good enough and isn't worth the $80 stay with the i7
  3. yea but you need a motherboard that supports 8th gen cpu's and those go around for around $200-300
  4. I have a prime b250m-k im asking because the i5 7600k seemed better bc of the higher speeds. also because the i5 seems more accessible to where i live.
  5. My motherboard works with the i7 but the i5 7th gen seems the best to go because any lower and it wont support my DDR4 ram and the i7 is $140 more
  6. so i have an i3 7100 (with stock cooler) and i want to upgrade to an i5, im thinking of an i5 7600k or an i5 7500, i dont plan to overclock SOON i want it for more power so is it a better choice to use an i5 7600k with the i3 stock until i get a proper cpu cooler or should i get a i5 7500? Thanks
  7. I have a hard drive and I wanted to optane so it would speed it up.
  8. Was going to get optane just wondering if my motherboard supports it (B250M-K) I have a 7th cpu if your wondering.
