any ups will work most are essentially a surge protector with a battery unless you get more expensive so it still is returning 120v ac at 60Hz and even the ones that go through a battery like linus's they should still output the same thing

Guys please help my monitor got black hole on the screen. its like cancer its getting bigger and bigger everyday. i'm poor at the moment i can't buy new monitor. its 24" 1ms monitor from BenQ.
What causes this problem?

I would highly suggest to check out Ninite. https://ninite.com/  (Its a place to find alot of free software without any bloat)
 
One of the first things you should do is to look at the privacy settings of Windows 10 ^^
 
VLC for all your video needs. (It's on ninite) 
Winrar or any other compression utility (It's also on ninite) 
Maybe Spotify if you are into Music Streaming (Also on ninite)
A good Antivirus (Paid or Free) Some free options are on ninite.
 
Also, you can Install Steam,Origin,Uplay,GoG. (They each have free to play games) And U play have an event for Rayman Origins for free right now. 
 
Your favorite browser. 
 
You can look for the Windows 10 Store apps. They have some games and pretty nice apps. 
 
Maybe a password manager? Like LastPass or you can search for one you like
 
CCleaner when you want to clean your PC easily. (So it won't dirt up back again fast ^^ )

i play on NA East so me or you would probably get horrible ping.

I'd go with the headset first if you have any keyboard you can use in the meantime.  Once you get the money though get a mech keyboard too.

If you/they don't communicate via headset, then I would go with the mechanical keyboard. I got to use a mechanical keyboard once, and ever since then I have been waiting for the day when I can afford to buy one and ditch crappy membrane keyboards. It's up to you though. Just keep in mind that 99.9% of 7.1 Surround Sound headsets are just simulated surround sound and don't actually have the individual driver channels.

I would agree with this

I plugged a 4 pin floppy connector into a CD aux connector on a sound card when I was quite young. The blue smoke that made the sound card work escaped.
