Kingston one is trash, go for the blue
Most if not all kingston SSD's including the A400 are completely garbage

Go for the WD Blue. Kingston budget SSDs are well known for having sub-par performance, this one is no exception. Reviews for both below.

These are fine, though not especially high-performance. What is your budget, and what do you hope to accomplish?

I'd opt for the Crucial MX500 personally.

Neither are amazing, but will definitely get the job done for daily use so I don't have a problem with either. I personally use a WD Blue M.2 solely because it was on sale at the time. Performance will always be better than a hard drive so if that's all you're looking for, go for whichever is cheaper. Both should be solid in terms of reliability.

xfx has better cooler and custom pcb, asus one seems to only have 2 heat pipe, probably direct contact, and it is a low end card so I assume they will lock the tdp. doesn't mean much unless you are into overclock or minning thu.

So just buy the Ryzen APU so you can actually run games, we don't even know if GPU pricing will be normal in 4 months, it seems unlikely.
The R3 2200G is easily the best chip at $99
