I've recently looking for some gpu to upgrade at low cost on "alibaba.com" and realized that the price is almost the same, until I saw that a chinese company was making their owm GPU cards "Hongsuntek", I think the price is lower, but I'm aware of their quality and performance because there's no information or tests on their cards, so if they are what the company says they are, I think it would be good for us to know that, obviously isn't the most beautiful card but we can buy good stuff at a much lower price having same performance. Hope Linus Tech Tips can make some benchmarks to see if it is worth.
