I had this problem once too, it was due to some dust in the cpu socket. If reseating the ram doesn't work maybe try taking out the cpu and dust out the socket..

All american megatrends bios' have the same beep codes right? Please someone correct me if i'm wrong
 

It's in his aida report file, its a asrock FM2A55M-VG3 with an ami bios

It would work, but only if the 12v rail has enough power to drive the gpu. My only point of concern is that the molex cables usually aren't made for such heavy load, so they could melt or something. But a reasonable power supply which can handle the 1070 and the rest of your hardware is definitely a good idea..

i totally forgot to apply thermal paste (cpu and gpu) I am wondering how i didn’t think about it.... and because it’s a “strong gpu” in that time it gets probably pretty hot, i will try openhardwaremonitor with minecraft running in the same time. I will keep you up to date!
