So having cancelled the previous order. Thank you guys btw. Didn't notice the mistakes I made (Clearly haha). I have decided to potentially switch up my build completely. What are people's thoughts on watercooled PC's. Worth the money or nah?

Morning Guys, Yesterday I picked up a new monitor, the 28" samsung 4k LU28E590DS, ever since I plugged it in via displayport my computer has been very laggy. The taskbar won't open on the main screen and on my second monitor it's frozen open. I can't click on any apps or close the taskbar. (I have it so I have to hover over it to open). I'm not really too sure why it's happening or how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. My graphics card is Geforce GTX 760
