  1. I'm not so sure about that. The module seems to have some sort of memory too it since when i turn on the computer it maintains it's lighting profile and fan profile allthewhile it is booting up. But then when the CAM software starts up, it turns off the lights momentarily while it's in a void of not knowing what to do and defaults to full speed. Perhaps I can just make it so CAM doesn't run on start up.
  2. I recently moved over to an H400i, got it on newegg for $100 seemed pretty cool, and it looks super nice, got it in white. Being the "Smart" version it comes with the little integrated fan controller. I have my front intake hooked up to a h100i v2 from Corsair and the other 3 is on one branch from the fan controller that comes with the case. When I start windows the CAM software then has to come up followed by automatically logging me in to the online feature of the software (allowing me to share this with my phone). While it does that it makes my 3 exhaust fans run at full speed (these are all ML120/ML140 fans so this is about 2400 RPM, very loud to have 3 of them doing it.) Having these run full speed is very annoying that it does that on start up. I have enough headers on my motherboard that I could bypass it I suppose but I want to use the feature that comes with the case. Is there any way to fix this or is this just how it has to be for the NZXT software?
  3. They're just the 3 pins which I understand they can't go way way down but they had no problem operating under 60% pre-update. Time to go buy some ML120's just so I have something to install again.
  4. Just updated now, that sure helped. Asus also decided between then and now that I'm not allowed to go below 60% fan speed... that's annoying. before it let me get down to 43%, aka right above 5V.
  5. Fan settings? I have the fans set to a very quiet mode. they only really get up and run beyond 40C.
  6. ASUS Maximus VIII Gene mATX, sorry about that.
  7. in seconds: 17, 4, 7. Total: 28 seconds Just restarted for these numbers.
  8. My "last time to BIOS" was about 28 seconds. I know, I know it can be "inaccurate" but this computer is only about a month old. When I first got it, it was nearly instant. I reset my UEFI to default and it cut it down to 20 seconds. I boot off SSD, but starting Windows is not the problem. Not much has changed since I've gotten this computer, I've installed another fan. That's about it. Any ideas? MOBO: ASUS MAXIMUS VIII GENE
