    Skylander got a reaction from Mio85 in I7 8700K Integrated GPU screen tearing when watching YouTube and DotA 2 Lowest performance only 20 FPS. What could be the problem?   
    Found the problem. Turns out I never install the Intel Graphics Driver and I've been using microsoft basic display adapter
