  1. So i recently bought a new 1440p monitor @144hz but i have an old 1080p 60hz monitor that i want to use the 1440p monitor would be for gaming while the 1080p one would be for discord and other things the 1440p is currently connected with a dp port my 1080p monitor has dvi port i have a gtx 1070 that has the ports necessary to connect both monitors would this work and/or would there be any problems with this?
  2. I was looking into getting a new monitor and I found a 1440p monitor that supports 100hz but only with displayport but my laptop only has a mini displayport, hdmi, and thunderbolt 3. would any of the ports be able to output 100hz if I got an adapter to display port?
