I didn't have C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\package\tenfoot_misc_all.zip.1ca83d76835b4613170f5cead778b176b11f2b0c/ I copied the files you sent and put them into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\package. and nothing happened

I have tried reinstalling, thing is, I can't connect to the support website.

For the past month I have not been able to connect to the Steam Client or any of their Websites on my desktop. I can connect fine on my laptop. I was still able to play all my games online but was unable to connect to the store or my friends list. I was growing tired of it, so about 2 weeks ago I decided to reinstall Steam. As part of the reinstallation process it had to do an 186 000kb update. It would take around 20 minutes to reach ~200kb and then it would restart the update, sometimes without warning, sometimes with an error message saying that Steam could not connect to my network. Earlier today I decided to try copy my Steam files from my laptop (Which Steam works fine on) onto my desktop. This skipped the update, I can now open the client but It still wont connect to the store/friends list and it means I am unable to download all my games which i lost during the uninstallation. Despite not being able to connect, I can still login and when i do login, I get the notification on my Laptop that another device has logged in. I've tried many of the guides I could find online on how to fix this. Including: Changing DNS Servers Reinstalling Steam several times Changing Steam to run as -TCP Clearing DNS Cache Clearing Steam download cache Clearing HTML cache Running Steam as administrator Disabling Anti-Virus Disabling firewalls If anyone knows how to fix and can explain I will be extremely grateful.

IHDK possibly PSU or RAM

Does anyone know of a mod (preferably on Steam workshop) that will add folders to the Arma 3 virtual Arsenal Loadouts. Basically I'm making soldiers of different countries and its impossible to keep track while scrolling through 100s of unorganized loadouts. I mean a folder system roughly like this Loadouts > South Africa > Army > Special Forces > Rifleman Marksman Sniper

Hi If a friend is getting an I5 8400 with a Mobo with 2 dimms, i would get a 1x8 for 16gb later but would Intel lose peformance with 1 channel or is it fine for Intel?
