    It should run the GPU just fine. Only thing is you will need a 6-pin and 8-pin power connector for the card. That's about all I can say without knowing exactly which model PSU you have.

    That PSU is cutting it close. Based on a quick wattage calculator, you will be pulling just over 400 watts. Since that PSU probably isn't 100% efficient, I would say get a new one first before you blow up your rig.
