  1. Where would the Seagate Barracuda Q5 sit on this? I think its very new (Pre order option on Scan.co.uk). Its QLC and 2TB for £200 I would assume D or C tier maybe?
  2. Hi! For some reason my ASUS Ryuo 240 does not show the PUMP RPM in the BIOS or in Armorey Crate The cooler works fine as i just saw now it reduced the CPU temp from 55 to 38*C (Idle). But on the on-board screen its showing Pump RPM to 0. How can i fix this? PC parts: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X ASUS ROG STRIX Ryuo 240 ASUS ROG STRIX B550-E Gaming Gigabyte GeForce RTX3060 Ti Gaming Pro OC Corsair MP600 Core 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0x4 SSD Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 2x(2x8GB) 3600MHz CL18 (@3400MHz due to instabilities) Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Case Corsair SP120 Elite (x3) Corsair CX650F RGB
  3. Hi! I'm considering going Intel for my next PC due to the cheaper CPUs compared to the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X I need PCIE 4.0 for the SSD as it seems flight sim seems to like faster SSDs (And some games i play take SUPER long to load due to the sheer ammount of mods) as well as I make youtube videos once a week for now. Plus the Corsair MP600 CORE isnt much more expensive than the ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro for example. Would there be any point saving the money with going B560 (Eg ASUS ROG Strix B560-E - £200 ish), but taking advantage of the much higher base clocks as well as the 5GHz+ boost for the K series CPUs? Whilst saving about ~£130 (ASUS ROG Strix B550-F is £320) (Also the reason for sticking with ASUS is Corsair iCUE intergration) I hope this makes sense
  4. thank you so much! Also ive decided to go with the B550-E version so im able to use the front-panel USB-C which i didnt realise was a seperate header Annoyingly the B550-F doesnt have this header The QVL doesnt state the exact ram i have either. Thanks for your help!
  5. Oh phew!!!! Thank you so much for your help! Please can you attachj the link to that page? I wasnt able to find that lol
  6. Hi! I'm looking at getting the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming motherboard for my new build. In my current system, I recently purchased 4 Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 8GB 3600Mhz CL18 memory (2x 16GB kits). Ive heard there are compatability issues with this motherboard & memory combo. Is this present with using the AMD Ryzen 5000 series? (I'll be using a Ryzen 7 5800X) Thanks in advance! Edit: the product code is CMW16GX4M2D3600C18 - I have 2 of these kits Edit 2: Changed motherboard to B550-E because of Front-panel USB-C header is not included in the -F version
  7. ah ok so 3 intake, 3 exhaust got it.Thanks for your help!
  8. Hi! In my next build which i'm saving up for I will be using a Corsair 4000X Case with a Corsair H100i Cappelix AIO cooler + an additional ML120 fan I'm not sure on how to configure the airflow. The 3 Front fans which come pre-installed will all be intake & the rear fan (additional ML120) will be an exhaust. Do i configure the AIO as an exhaust or Intake? Kind regards, Train
  9. Oh! Im so sorry! i completely missed that. I do appologise

  11. how should I rearange them? Channel 1 has the 1x16GB Ram Module, and Channel 2 has the new 2x8GB Module I tried the other way around but the system wouldnt post - Ive gotten it to boot how else would yu suggest?
  12. Yeah i might get one yeah ATX B550 motherboards are alot lol Thank you! Yeah CCLOnline.com reserves items in your cart for 15 minutes - managed to get one in my cart and boom i got one! (see Edit)
  13. Hi! I just installed some additional memory into my system so im able to play Transport Fever 2 and Microsoft flight sim without crashes due to running out of memory Intalled i have my old Corsair Vengence LPX 1x16GB 3000MHz Ram CL15 (Overclocked to 3200Mhz - Runs stable and has done for 2 years) and the new RAM is Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 2x8GB 3600MHz CL18. I have set in the bios to manually use 18-22-22-42 Timings and 3200Mhz. For some reason, even though i had set it in BIOS to 18-22-22-22-42 Timings and 3200Mhz, when booted into windows, its running 15-20-20-36 @ 2133 in BIOS (Showingin task manager as 1067) However i struggled to boot initially for some reason until i put the LPX in slot 2 & RGB Pro in slots 3&4 so that the new one, causing issues, is on Channel 2. However when I booted into Windows, task manager is showing 16GB as hardware reserved. How do remove/lower this?
  14. ah sweet i'll just swap everything for my plan down to PCIE3 lol THanks for your help!
  15. Ah yeah i remember now lol RTX3060Ti doesnt need full bandwidth of PCIe 4 right?
  16. Ah ok! And do i need a B550 motherboard for ryzen 5000? or will a B450/X470 be fine?
  17. Hi! For my next system im considering going with an M.2 4.0x4. The system will include have an RTX3060Ti and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X. I use my current one (and the next one) for light video editing, gaming, and flight simulator. Storage will keep my video archive on it as well Is there any point in using a PCIe 4x4 SSD?
  18. As far as im aware for Gigabyte products, there is no other software available and yeah luckily it remembers the RGB profile Ive seen reviews for the 3080 & 3070 - no issues with RGB Fusion there
