You say that laptops are better than phones - so STOP BREAKING YOUR PHONES. your inability to stop deliberately breaking your phones is the reason your phones keep being broken.

I turn off both of my phones start 17:30 Friday and dont turn them on until monday morning. I have even went as far as 30 days without touching a phone, it was just fine.
Dont throw money at your problems when all you have to do is to train your behaviors.
