  1. Assuming these came with your purchase, you can plug the cable on the left into the motherboard, and plug the remaining 3pins into the strips.
  2. This is what my usage looks like in task manager. I'm driving around the city at about 80-100FPS with 38%cpu usage ad 40% gpu usage on average on rivatuner.
  3. This is a layout from the manual of your motherboard. Assuming I've read it correctly the part labeled "5" is your RGB strip port. You plug the rgb strip onto the 4 pins and it should appear in your aura sync software
  4. I seem to have this problem too with around the same specs, I'd be playing GTA V and be locked at about 40/40% usage with high and low settings, seems to be something with the 2080ti in general, but if not, i'd love to have help too.
  5. You could invest in studio headphones like DT770S, DT990 Pros, the price may throw you off at first but it's a much better investment that "gaming" headphones. You'd also need an AMP to power them but they're relatively cheap
  6. You could possibly buy a 1030, you can buy one used for about $30-40 on ebay.
  7. What are your exact settings? I'll try copy.
  8. I have my power limit to 110%. like always, it only reaches 40-50% on 1440p
  9. GPU has been int eh top slot, all cables are connected correctly, and did a fresh DDU today.
  10. I logged it to my computer after playing one mission on gta v. I'll leave the txt file here GPU-Z Sensor Log.txt
  11. Yes, I forgot to mention that. I did that as soon as I got my 2080ti.
  12. I've had my 2080ti since about april now, and for the most part its been fine. I got more fps than what i would with a 1050ti and was pretty happy with it, haven't tried playing gta till 2 nights ago, and since then my experience has been horrible. I can't reach 100fps no matter what settings or res. I play 1080p which I know is what the 2080TI is not intended for. I'm planning on getting a 1440p monitor soon, but until then I use a custom 2650x1440 resolution in the nvidia control panel, and it works perfectly (boosted my Fortnite fps from 70 on low settings to 380 on low) and it works fine with other games, I tried that with gta and nothing changed, I tried dsr X4 on 1080p and nothing changed and I can't see the problem. It may be my ram as a stick got damaged and no longer works so I am left with 8GB, but even with 8GB my 1050ti gets more frames. any help would be appreciated. I'll link a video soon of my settings and monitoring software, but I can confirm the GPU sits a around 40-50c and only 40% usage and the cpu around 50-60 at about 40-50 usage. Specs: MSI Trio RTX 2080TI Intel I7-8700K - Kraken x62 water cooled HyperX Fury 16gb - only 8gb working
  13. Hey! I recently installed a hw monitor to track: FPS GPU USAGE CLOCK RATES While gaming. I just only realised my GPU usage is only 56% while gaming on Rainbow Six Seige Ultra preset at 1080p, TAA 100%. I get on average 137FPS. I was looking at benchmarks for the same settings and saw a guy reaching 200 FPS+ on my settings. His gpu usage is 97, while mine sits at 56. Is this normal? He has a I7 7820x, Gigabyte 2080TI, 16GB DDR4 Ram I have a I7 8700k, MSI Trio 2080TI, 8GB DDR4 Ram (would have 16GB one of my modules got damaged while moving house. Any help would be appreciated as the FPS is utter garbage for what I payed. Thanks! ?
