another good reason to wait for ryzen for me is that my x16 slot is dead for my gpu. so i have to use x4 for now.

well, power went out for another second maybe 25 min later, then it worked.

well forza 4 is a little hard to run. on an fx 9590 and a 970 it runs at a solid 20 frames.

@seoz I have both. The g502 is for smaller hands, has a fuller click, and preforms better in my book. The g602 is for bigger hands, has a quieter click, and too many programmable buttons imo but is wireless.

always will be on a budget. at least for another 4 years until I can get a job :3 And I may not get a cpu until I feel it struggling a bit on the games I play. I think keyboard may be a priority over the cpu because Ive never owned a mechanical keyboard and I want to try one. are you trying to go for 16 gb of ram? if so then get another crucial or Hynix depending on what one you want to keep. if you are staying with 8 then I don't know.

@Feastive Chungus I personally have 2 g502's. one for my dads and one for my moms. They are the most comfortable mouse ive ever used. They can be a little heavy compared to some mice, but they track quite well, and have a very handy free scroll.

@AustinJ The NZXT H500 has 2 mounts for hdds and 2 mounts for ssds. You could probably put the other 2 ssds in the psu shroud and no one would know that they arent mounted unless you take off the back panel https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811146289

I think instead of the 9700k go with the i7 8700k and still the ssd. If the 8700k is too expensive for a ssd as well, get the 9600k. and the ssd.

i dont want to nessecarially play csgo. i mainly want to play bf5 and rainbow 6 rn, but i maybe could do some debating or something like that

We got it to work. Thank you. It wasnt the psu. I didnt put enough thermal paste on. Well thats what happens whne its your first time doing that

I feel a 1060 6gb is good when paired with a i5 8600k. Overclock the 8600k, then maybe invest in a 1070 when you want to play more games maxed at 1440p. the 1060 will do for almost any game maxed 1080p

Definitly the Corsair H55 Liquid cooler. Thats if you want to overclock. The stock ryzen cooler the spire, is if you don't plan on overclocking
