It wont break, I've had mine turned up to 100 (indent have an amp though) for a couple hours, and it was fine. They will only break from just wear and tear, or if you throw them.
Yeah you dont need a static strap. And checking connections for sure, also make sure everything is seated right, and everything is also bolted in properly.
I asked about the one I linked above then the asus one I linked. Should I get the Tomahawk over the B450A-Pro? (both are max versions) And what would those benefits be of me doing that? (Btw I am kinda stuck with cc because I got a gift card for them)
How did they ruin the ram? And so far gigabyte is also crap, as my x16 slot doesnt work so I use a x4 slot for my GPU, and the usb ports sometimes stop working.

I leave my pc on for a week on, week off. This is because I switch computers every week, so when I switch I shut it down, and leave the one I'm using on for the week.
Ah. I personally just turn my monitor off and leave my pc on idle. Doesnt harm my pc, and it makes accessing things you need quickly if you need to get on and off quickly super easy.
When you reinstalled windows did you format the drive first using cmd prompt? When I did it first I didnt then windows fucked itself, once I realized I had to format the drive and then reinstall everything it worked well.
