I got a new pc recently, and it has a .1gb drive labeled System. if you know what this is, I have a two questions. 1.Does it use flash storage? 2. Can I wipe it and use it to store other things?

Thanks, I didn't know that it was tied to the motherboard, but i've already tried that. the product key didn't work.

this is probably not the right place to post this but I have no idea how to fix it. basically, my old pc broke so I put the hard drive in to a pc I ordered off amazon, but now I have a small, semi-transparent message in the lower right corner of my screen that says "Activate Windows: go to settings to activate windows" so, I went to the activation setting and it said "We cant activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license key". I tried changing the key to the one printed on my case but the product key didn't work.
