Yes and yes. Modem is provided by my ISP (which kinda sucks). Multiple device are connected which I want to throttle down their speed. Do you understand the UI of my QoS?

I can’t understand what work around needed to use the QoS settings on my router. I’ve tried to look up on its manual on web but its quite complex for me to understand setting it up. I wanted to set different down/up speed on different devices connected on my network. I’d be glad if anyone would like me to help.
