  1. Awesome, I'll try that out. Thanks! Wow! That's really inconsistent! Seems like RealBench isn't a great benchmark tool... at least in our cases.
  2. Yeah, that will probably be the best real case test. Yeah, set to High Performance.
  3. Thanks for that. Seems like your scores are very similar. My OpenCL scores are a lot lower but I'm guessing that's because of my GPU? And what do you mean by "Which score are you using to post with?" It's a fresh windows 10 install and have almost everything in my startup disabled so there's not much that would affect the speed. Yeah, maybe... It's really strange that it suddenly had a score so much higher, and then went back down. I know... I probably shouldn't rely on the benchmark as much... but it seems like a fairly good way to test speed. I use the PC for video editing so I can't test with gaming frame rates. Maybe I should just export a few projects and compare the timings... Thanks a lot guys
  4. Hi Guys, I recently upgraded my rig to a 6700k. As soon as it was in and working I wanted to overclock and the best results I got so far is 4.6GHz (100 MHz x 46) at 1.370V. The trouble is when I benchmark with RealBench, I'm getting a score of around 112330... which seems to be pretty low compared to the other benchmark results I've seen. Another strange thing is that I had a score of 144430 twice, also at 4.6GHz. So these are the results in chronological order (All 4.6GHz): 113177 - 1.400v 113158 - 1.390v 144430 - 1.380v 143788 - 1.380v 112655 - 1.370v 112924 - 1.380v 112330 - 1.370v And my rig: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming 32Gb 2400MHz Ram GTX 950 Noctua NH-D15 So, am I doing something wrong, or are those results okay? Can CPU voltage even affect the speed? I really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!
  5. Just under an hour left for the big reveal :D
  6. Ah... Okay... I can take it down if this is against the rules.
  7. Hey guys! My friend and I are starting a Youtube channel called Black Box. We don't want to say exactly what it'll be just yet, but it would really help if you liked our FB page to raise the awareness. First video coming up in just under 4 hours!! https://www.facebook.com/TheBlackBoxDigital http://www.youtube.com/theblackboxdigital Feel free to dislike it afterwards if you're not a fan. But just give it a chance :D Thanks! :)
  8. Hey guys :) Thought I'd share a link to my website and Youtube channel. Maybe some of you might enjoy some of my work :) http://www.youtube.com/MrMatttL http://ImMatt.me I'm thinking about starting to do some tutorials e.t.c. too :) Thanks :D
  9. Looks good. You'll definitely be able to OC that CPU more with that cooler. I have a 3570k at 4.2 GHz with a pretty pathetic Zalman cooler and the temps are fine. Also, if I was you, I'd definitely sacrifice that 500GB SSD and some of the RAM for a better GPU. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that GT 520 bottle-necking your PC... A little cable management and this PC will look pretty awesome :)
  10. And here is is: http://youtu.be/iLjCVzP2wgI This time public :) Thanks for all the feedback!
  11. Polish. But moved to UK when I was 11 :) Thanks! And yeah, definitely need to get some heat shrink :D
  12. Thanks guys! Haha :D I think I found them through Unbox Therapy. They're awesome!
