I would recommend going for the 2070 super instead, it's a higher end card and if you're watercooling it makes more sense to get a better card and watercool it instead of a midrage one as @minibois suggested. But if you're just going for aesthetics it may be worth it. Also any specific reason for not selecting the FE cards?

No clue, but the configurator should tell you. Check out this guide for that: It should give you an idea about the pcb tiers in different cards.

Also, it may be worth getting a cheaper card with a good pcb instead of the overkill cooler on the xc ultra if you're watercooling as it's going to be replaced anyway.
