  1. I mean, LED fans would be preferable but they can be non-LED. I've been looking at the be quiet! Pure Wings fans on Amazon as an option. Any recommendations?
  2. Hi, I'm looking at these fans because my two rear exhaust fans and my CPU cooler (SP120) are the white LED (older ones). These new fans would be going at the front of my NZXT S340 case.
  3. Even with the power cable unplugged, it's still detected in WIndows...
  4. I know they're both AF but they're different models, one being '2018'. The technical specs are slightly different and I was wondering if it was worth going for the newer ones for a reason I couldn't see
  5. I'm planning on buying two new fans for my PC (both 140mm AF) but really confused as to why the 2018 version is more expensive? Older model: https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Fans/AIR-SERIES-LED-CONFIG/p/CO-9050017-WLED#tab-tech-specs Newer model: https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Fans/AF-LED-Low-Noise-Cooling-Fan/p/CO-9050088-WW#tab-tech-specs It's cheaper just to buy two of the older models and the older models seem to have better CFM (66.4 compared to 62 on the old ones). The newer one is also slightly louder and draws slightly more power. Are there any advantages to getting the newer model over the old one?
  6. They're different monitors. Is there an option in Windows to prevent this?
  7. I currently have a three monitor setup. For some reason, one of my secondary monitors has a weird behavior that once I turn it off, it's still recognized by windows as being plugged in. This is annoying because windows remain open on the monitor and I can't access them. With my other secondary monitor, whenever I turn it on/off my screen flashes and the windows hardware disconnect/connection sound occurs whereas this doesn't happen with my other monitor. Any ideas how I can sort this issue out? I've tried using DDU but that made no difference.
  8. I have a problem at the moment where when my headphones are plugged into the front aux port (at the front of my case) or the rear IO, the audio sounds a bit amplified/weird. However, when plugging my headphones directly into the aux port on my Blue Yeti, the audio is completly fine. Anyone have a possible solution for this?
  9. So I recently installed a 1070Ti and since booting up my PC, I've noticed that the audio output sounds weird. I don't know really how I can describe the problem but it's a little muffled and tinny. I've tried my headphones on my phone and they're fine. I plugged my headphones into the rear IO and I still get the the same problem. Weird thing that I noticed is that I can't hear it when using my speakers. I don't know if it's not occurring with the speakers or something. I tried another pair of headphones and the same problem still happens. You can listen to the recording I made with my phone through my headphones https://haydenpalmer.com/Problem.m4a
  10. Both shift keys. That's why I was confused if it was a hardware or software issue.
  11. I've played both the PC version and the Android version of the game. I personally don't like the mobile version. This is due to the controls, graphics and frame rate. Obviously, you can try it yourself but I personally wouldn't recommend the game over the PC version.
  12. It's no longer under warranty. I have the Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ISK.
  13. Recently, my laptop's shift keys have stopped working properly. All of a sudden, both shift keys on my keyboard stopped working. It means I can't type capital letters unless I use caps lock or be able to type symbols such as '@' or '£' without opening the on-screen keyboard. I've tried plugging in my desktop's keyboard and the shift keys work fine. The weird thing is, occasionally the shift keys work for a short period of time and then stop again. I haven't got sticky keys on or anything like that.
  14. I'm thinking about buying the OnePlus 6.
  15. I know, it's funny though. I went to the store and the engineer agreed with me that it was way too expensive.
