    Well then, that was the fix.  I put +0.0125 on the voltage in the BIOS and everything seems stable, ran R23 and got a little over 7000 points. Crazy how such a slight change can make such a big difference. Though I think I need to upgrade my cooling now, CPU was hitting 92C by the end of the run.
