Just set it to resolution of display plugged into the server and turned monitor on and off to make sure, and no dice. 

Sucks this project is probs long gone, but stuff like this inspired me to do at least as close to a modern Rendition of the overkill build as I could, not that I could afford full liquid cooling, but it still came out pretty good 

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO FIND THIS ON GOOGLE IN 3 YEARS WITH THE SAME ISSUE: 
 
-you need a recovery disk or usb
-go into the cmd prompt and first type 
1.DISKPART
This calls diskpart
2.list DISK
Its going to show all discs connected and wether or not they are GPT. All disks are numbered. See the number of your disk? Remember that. Mine was 0
3.exit  
This gets you out of diskpart
4.mbr2gpt.exe /convert /allowfullOS /disk(yournumber)
This calls the mbr2gpt converter, overrides protection, and selects the disk of your choice for conversion. 
DO NOT TRY THIS WITHIN ANOTHER WINDOWS INSTALLATION (it wont work) 
You can only do this successfully through windows recovery cd

its a bit hard as far as selling those 2 components. Just because they sell for that much, doesn't mean they get bought for that much. You might be able to, but likely take a while or not at all. I guess do whatever, but remember that if one component sells and another doesn't, your stuck with a non-running pc (in gpu case)

Yeah I don't need anything fancy, just need it to be able to do what any normal switch should. Just gotta go get that cable though. I plan to just get an rj45 to serial cable, and I'll use my IBM X3650 M3 to install putty on.

Yeah Its pretty easy actually, and I set the download path to my 120mb receive ssd in my server.... Sadly Im Using a smaller switch from my old setup since my big fancy 24 port broke, and ever since I switched, Nothing network wise ever worked the same, But this will keep me going til and likely after I get it replaced!

So I got this tiny Logitech z323 subwoofer from my friend, and it worked before, but the speakers broke. I have the units av red and white hooked up to an aux adapter, but it wont work?! The sub has no on off switch and only has a bass volume knob. What do I do ?!
