Make sure you don't have the two anti-virus or scanning utilities actively running concurrently. Having two anti-malware programs running at the same time can cause instability between the two, and more insecurity than using McAfee.

The PSU NEEDS to be important to you. It's what powers everything, if you cheap out and buy crap then its more likely your system will die.

Note from a local startup; Make sure you have enough money for expenses. If someone wants to build a PC, you front the cost and they pay back afterwards. Don't accept payment until after the job is finished, and make them sign a liability waiver (us losing your data is not our problem, you should have had backups; you agree to pay the total in full before receiving your item back or we will hold it as collateral and dispose of it within x amount of days; we will attempt to contact you x amount of times before we dispose of your device; etc.). If you decide that you need help with any of these legality things, I'd say consult with an attorney is your best bet, but asking advice from someone who works in the industry is also a fair chance. Attorney is 100% more reliable though.

EDIT: AND TAKE NOTES OF EVERYTHING!!! Documentation is key and will save your ass, I guarantee it.

So what I'm hearing is that you want to game on a Celeron? I mean, it's not impossible, but it isn't going to be good by any stretch of the imagination.. Not to mention, most of those eGPU enclosures require thunderbolt, something many low-end laptops do not have, if any at all.

Just my $0.02, but I think you'll be spending too much money on something that is entirely impractical.

MblaZe7run got a reaction from Coaxialgamer in Celeron 1007u bottleneck
Yes, that is a viable option. But, you're failing to recognize the main point here. Your CPU is going to bottleneck damn near anything and everything that is cost effective for gaming, not to mention you're royally screwed in CPU bound games. Maybe a 7770 or 750/ti will work, but you're still likely to be bottlenecked AND restricted by your CPU. It's just not worth the headache in my opinion.

    Cool idea - yes
Practical - not in the least

I don't intend to crush dreams, and I can't tell you how to spend your money. If you want to do this with a Titan XP, I can't stop you, I'm simply here to let you know more or less what to expect. Trust me, I would love to try this out too, I just don't have the funds to justify a purchase like that (even though I could use most any GPU with the i7 6700k in my laptop)

Guess that makes sense. I have NF-S12A FLX fans on mine, but I got them for about $7 per so I guess I really don't have terribly much room to talk I haven't noticed a substantial performance difference between the stock fan and 1x Noctua fan tbh, but a lot has changed with my entire build since I had the stock fan on there (new case with much more optimized airflow, new overall cooler performing CPU, and better cable management.

Thanks though! Was just wondering why you picked a over b.

It doesn't It used Micro-B. And yeah, not Type-C packs (N6P here, frustrating). OP, all battery packs I've ever experienced uses Micro-B to charge.

If you can shell out another $5, this is an amazing option. One of two that I own, and carry with me daily. The other I carry is the 20kmAh version that is Lightning cable charging compatible.

From experience: Don't buy a crappy battery, buy from respectable and reputable brands. Battery degradation is a thing that happens. My 6600mAh PNY charger only holds about 5000mAh capacity after 6 months. My 20kmAh Aukey still holds within 100mAh of that capacity after a full year.

I was actually thinking something along these lines. My father was basically saying the exact same things as @STRMfrmXMN's mother is saying. The difference being, the router was in a different room. My father is an EXTREMELY light sleeper, so creeping downstairs to it was out. I bought a switch and used a DD-WRT flashed router I had to basically hide my own network. Surprisingly, it worked very well. Hidden network and hidden hardware, problem solved.
