System interrupts causing 100% cpu usage after that the PC slows down until it becomes not responding, only hard resetting works to bring the system back. Build is for gaming and home use, 3300x is not available in the region. The moniter is 60hz so i dont think it will be a huge problem.

Should i get a r7 2700 or a r5 3500 with gtx 1660 super. They are available for the same price, for gaming and home use. Or should i go for a 3300x.
