  1. Thanks friend! truth is i'm a real noob to this whole audio stuff and really have no idea how an equalizer works, but after a little bit of research I just ended up copying some other guys settings for his hyperx cloud, and I can already tell the diference. Do you happen to have APO equalizer settings of your own? if you do could you share them? Again thanks for your help, now i can enjoy my new headset
  2. Hello eveybody, I have a small problem with my hyperx cloud silver headset and i'm wondering if there is a simple solution. I have an old cheap logitech headset with a usb connector, but for some reason I find it's audio quality better than my hyperx cloud when it comes to hearing gunshots and explosions in battlefield 1. On the same level of volume these sounds seem to be silent, or muffled on my hyperx, and they sound more loud and powerful on my logitech. My motherboard is a gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 with realtek HD audio. I've also realized that when changing equalizer settings in realtek audio manager like selecting the "treble" preset, I can get better sounding gunshots, but at the same time other sounds like voices sound a bit off. Has anyone else experienced this? and if so, Can it be fixed by messing with the equalizer settings on realtek audio manager?
  3. Hello everbody, like the title says, does the i5 8400 and coffelake in general need fast ram to operate better, just like ryzen does? I ask this because i currently have 2 sticks of hyperx fury 8gb ddr4 2133mhz and im trying to decide between buying a ryzen 1600 and a B350 mobo or an i5 8400 and an H370 mobo (once they're released). Due to current ram prices i'm not really considering upgrading my ram. My GPU is an rx 480 8 gb by the way.
  4. Hello guys, I have a quick question. I've read that whenever you overclock your CPU, you also overclock your ram. So what happens if I want to overclock a ryzen 5 1600 paired with hyperx fury 2133mhz ram (HX421C14FB2/8) ? This worries me since my ram model is apparently not meant to be overclocked.
